1973 - In Villafranca Piemonte was founded the S.E.A.G., a Company specialized in transporting people, after the concession of some urban links, with 14 buses.

1980 - Giachino Linea Verde of Turin, specialized in transporting people with renting for tourism, joined the group, owning as 15 ranting licences as buses.

1995 - In about ten years the Company grew with new urban and rental services. A new headquarter covering 10,000 square metres was created, equipped with modern machines for cleaning, maintenance services and a bus store of 40 buses and other 4 renting buses. The Company also developed its strategic image and marketing: creating the new mark "Bus Company", formed by S.E.A.G. and Giachino Linea Verde, and creating a tour operator, aiming at improving the tourist sector with organized journeys by bus.

2000 - Bus Company mark covered the whole district of Cuneo together with Ati Trasporti Interurbani S.p.A., an old transport Company with a urban and extra- urban links, connecting Turin to Cuneo and most of Cuneo valleys, the areas covering Mondovì and Langhe, and known for national and international renting.

2001 - with the new law about public transport Bus Company covers the first place among Companies specialized in provincial and extra-urban bus services. Bus Company has many contacts with GTT Trasporti of Turin and they share their operative and organizing experiences.
